SUBSTANCE: invention relates to locking devices, in particular to process covers intended to fix the position of equipment within the neck of the tank, necessary for processing its internal surface from fats, organic and mineral oils and petroleum products. Technological cover for complex treatment of the internal surface of the tank from hydrocarbon contamination includes a cover body with a flange, in which holes are made for the installation of an upper discharge device, detachable lowering detergent, a pipe designed in the form of a pipe in the pipe, provided with devices for supplying the washing solution to washing machines mounted on the hinged hydromechanical nozzle of the inner tube, and the supply of air into the shell space, device for the discharge of excess pressure in the tank, made in the form of a vertical labyrinth, with the possibility of placing in it the means for opening the lower valve of the lower tank discharge device, the hanging device for transporting the cover, the elastic seal of the lid with the mouth of the tank boiler, and it is provided with an additional lowering for the supply of steam to the bottom of the tank, made in the form of a pipe, the upper end of which is provided with a steam supply device, and the lower end is made in the form of a tee located below the washing machines of the detergent lowering.

EFFECT: technological cover is proposed for complex treatment of the internal surface of tanks from hydrocarbon contamination.
