SUBSTANCE: cartridge pouch is designed for compact arrangement, carrying (transportation) of various objects, convenient for a user, and their quick withdrawal. The invention objective is to develop a cartridge pouch of an "envelope" structural type, with the option of quick placement/withdrawal of content in any direction, and also its reliable placement into a cartridge pouch. The cartridge pouch of the "envelope" structural type comprises four lapels/flaps with "contact" elements arranged on them in a certain manner. At the same time the cartridge pouch also comprises a fixture on its back side for arrangement/fixation at various types of equipment. The user may both place content into the cartridge pouch and also release/remove content, which is reliably placed into the cartridge pouch until its withdrawal. The user may remove content in any direction from its body (point of fixation on its equipment).

EFFECT: development of a cartridge pouch of "envelope" structural type, making it possible to further increase speed of placing objects in it with the option of their further transportation in combination with the possibility of their prompt removal.
