FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: transformable organizer-insert-clutch is claimed for placement, carrying, and transportation of items interconnected by a folder type. In this case, the organizer-insert-clutch is a structure in an unfolded form including an outer bag formed by two outer walls, wherein one of them is front, and the second one is back, two identical sidewalls, and a bottom. On the outer front wall of the outer bag, a hinged cover is attached for closing an outer surface of the clutch with one or several fasteners on the cover and the outer bag. In this case, the cover has a shape of a rectangle with truncated angles from one side, and patch pockets and fasteners are placed on walls of the outer bag for fixation inside the outer bag of a set of inner compartments of the organizer-insert formed by inner moisture-resistant and/or heat-resistant bags inserted inside the outer bag and fixed between each other. Moreover, transformation of the outer bag into the clutch in the form of an envelope occurs due to folding of outer walls of the outer bag and connection of the cover fastener to the fastener on the wall of the outer bag.
