SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in treating patients with erysipelatous inflammation. That is ensured by a surgical intervention by inflammatory focus exposure at the distance of 5-15 cm from a wound with a helium plasma flow in a coagulation mode at current intensity 30 A, exposition 5-15 seconds/cm. A created dry coagulation crust is excised to healthy vitalised tissues. Besides, for 7 pre- and postoperative days, oxytocin 10 IU dissolved 1:10 is introduced intramuscularly once a day with the underlying conventional antibacterial therapy. The postoperative period involves the argon plasma flow treatment of an area surrounding a wound in the wound surface stimulation mode, above and below the wound surface, along a neurovascular column and adjacent distal lymphatic collectors by scanning movements at exposition 15-20 seconds for 7 days.

EFFECT: method allows providing liquidation of inflammatory effects and preventing developing recurrences due to oxytocin introduced in a therapeutic complex to promote elimination of microorganisms from an intracellular depot.
