FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rectification of multicomponent mixes. Proposed unit comprises tanks and pumps for working fluid and cold distillate, heater, condensers, vortex steam generators and vortex chambers. Vortex steam generator and chamber included inlet and outlet chambers and steam chambers. Working fluid tank, pump, heater and vortex steam generators are connected hydraulically in series. Cold distillate tank and pump are connected in series with vortex chambers. Steam chamber of every previous vortex steam generator is hydraulically connected via steam lines with inlet chamber of next steam generator and vortex chamber inlet. Steam chamber of every vortex chamber is hydraulically communicated via steam pipelines with inlet chamber of previous vortex chambers and with condenser. Steam generator outlet chamber comprises inner-channel throttle arranged inside said chamber to form transition channel. Steam generator comprises second outlet chamber with second throttle. Steam generator steam chamber communicates with throttle inner channels and is confined by race covers while inlet and outlet chambers communicate with transition channels.
EFFECT: higher quality of finished products.
