FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: hydrocarbons distillation plant comprises a container for raw feedstock 1, a circulation pump 4 to feed raw feedstock, a heat exchanger-heater, a material heating unit 6, separator for separating to low-boiling and high-boiling fractions, a condenser 8, containers to receive fractions, valves 14 -32 and lines 39-43 for feedstock transporting, not less than two additional containers 2, 3 for raw feedstoc, and extra pumps 9, 10, the first of which is used for the condenser 8, and the second is for vacuuming and it is mounted between the evaporator and containers 11, 12, 13 for obtained fractions (gasoline, kerosene and diesel respectively). A heat exchanger-economizer 5 is used as a heat exchanger-heater. Vortex steam generator 7 is used as a separator that separates feedstock to low-boiling and high-boiling fractions, its housing comprises cylindrical inlet and outlet chambers 33 and 34 (respectively). Inlet chamber is provided with tangential supply of raw materials and has a steam chamber 35, and it is connected with outlet chamber 34 through an annular gap 36 formed by an expanding diffuser 37 and a throttle 38 formed as a truncated cone and fitted within a diffuser 37. Heat exchanger-economizer is a twin-tube heat exchanger "pipe in pipe" type.

EFFECT: increased proportion of steam output per unit area of evaporation, increased plant capacity, improved reliability of process.
