FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: plant includes centrifugal pump 1, vacuumised tank 2, connecting pipelines 3-5 with valves 6, 7, vacuum pump and working fluid capacity 8. Capacity 8 is installed between pump 1 and vacuum pump and has gas outlet 9 to atmosphere and working fluid outlet 10. Outlet 10 is connected to inlet connection pipe of pump 1. Vacuum pump is made in the form of cylindrical chamber 11 having working fluid inlet in the form of tangential channel 12 connected to outlet connection pipe of pump 1, gas inlet 13 and working fluid outlet equipped with diffuser 14 installed on the cover of capacity 8 and throttle 15 in the form of flattened cone. Throttle 15 is mounted inside diffuser 14 under cover of capacity 8 so that through annular gap 16 is formed. Inlet 13 is connected to vacuumised pump 2. Cross-section area of annular gap at inlet of diffuser 14 is more by 2 times than cross-section area of tangential channel 12. Diameter of cylindrical chamber 11 is more by 2.5 times than minimum diameter of diffuser 14, and tangential channel 12 at the inlet of chamber 11 has rectangular section throughout its height.
EFFECT: simpler installation and reduction of metal and energy consumption.
