FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to household appliances, particularly, to drinking water purification. Filter comprises casing with inlet and outlet unions, reducing valve communicated with inlet union, and shut-off valve communicated with outlet union, and filtrate collection vessel. Outlet union communicates with receiver and flexible hose with extra shut-off valve made up of body, seat, shut-off element secured to one or several support elements jointed with filtrate collection vessel. Shut-off element of said extra shut-off valve is coupled with float arranged inside vessel. Extra shut-off valve body is made up of tube with seat made on its end on float side. Float has filtrate passages and central bore communicated with extra shut-off valve body may move easily axially. Extra shut-off valve shut-off element is arranged on float bottom. Body and/or float are provided with float motion limiters. In compliance with second version, magnetic or ferromagnetic element is arranged on float on support elements side. Magnetic or ferromagnetic element is secured to support elements on float side.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, ease of use and longer life.
