FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: damper control valve incorporates a body with inlet and outlet openings. Inside the body there arranged is seat with one or more shaped holes and flat sealing surface, as well as damper with flat sealing surface, which is installed with possibility of being moved with a movement drive relative to the seat along guide elements. Damper is flexible and made in the form of single- or multiple-layer belt with one or more perforation holes of simple or complicated shape and connected to its movement mechanism. Guide elements are installed in the housing and in the seat; at that, they are installed in the seat flush with its sealing surface.

EFFECT: invention allows decreasing overall dimensions and weight of the valve, friction forces and forces for movement of damper, and power of drive.
