FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: unloaded disc valve comprises a casing with a seat, a spindle joined to a controlling element in the form of a slide valve of disc type by means of an axis installed in the spindle hole perpendicularly to its geometrical axis, a unit of spindle sealing, an unloading device in the form of a thrust bearing joined to the spindle. The area S in the normal section of the spindle end perceiving pressure of the medium is arranged as larger than the area SC of the normal section of windows for working fluid passage in the seat. The axis is connected to the slide valve via a device of slide valve self-installation in the plane of its geometrical axis. The unloading device is arranged with the possibility of fine adjustment of the axial position of the spindle. There are elastic elements installed between side surfaces of the slide valve ledge and spindle surfaces facing them.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the load and to increase tightness at high pressures of working medium, due to self-installation and accurate positioning of slide valve and seat friction surfaces.
