FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed casting magnetic rod comprises hardened layer 1 of magnetised moulding material, electric oil 2, core 3 and extreme pole round tips 4 and 5 that make magnetising device. Pole tips double as sign parts either completely or in combination with fraction of layer 1 and allow fast replacement. One or several local amplifiers of magnetic induction may be arranged between said tips in moulding material layer 1 to embrace, partially or completely, aforesaid coil 2.
EFFECT: eliminating magnetised particle floccules on surface layer nearby extreme pole tip, uniform yield of rod working layer.
