FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic system consisting of electrical coil 1, core 2 and pole tips 3, 4, is arranged in mold-shaping fixture 5. To shape working surface of each rod, appropriate fixture 5 with identical unified length of shaping surface is used, said length being equal to distance between pole tips 3, 4. Space between pole tips is filled with magnetising loose forming material to make a layer. To shape working surface of each rod, appropriate fixture 5 with identical unified length of shaping surface is used, said length being equal to distance between pole tips 3, 4; said space features diameter not smaller than that of circumference circumscribed about aforesaid layer. Forming material 8 is compacted and hardened by magnetic field. Rod is withdrawn from fixture. One of said pole tips is quick-detachable element. Arrangement of tips 3, 4 outside forming material layer 8 and casing allows uniform compliance of rod working layer.
EFFECT: uniform compliance of rod working layer.
