FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed casting magnetic rod comprises hardened layer 1 of magnetised moulding material, electric oil 2, core 3 and extreme pole round tips 4 and 5 that make magnetising device. Fast-replaceable pole tips feature shape of cross section identical to that of said hardened material at their interface. Pole tips double as sign parts either completely or in combination with fraction of layer 1.
EFFECT: eliminating magnetised particle floccules on surface layer nearby extreme pole tip, uniform yield of rod working layer.
