FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed casting magnetic rod comprises hardened layer 1 of magnetised moulding material, electric coil 2, core 3 and extreme pole round tips 4 and 5 that make magnetising device. Pole tips double as sign parts either completely or in combination with fraction of layer 1 and feature diameter equal at least half the diameters of circle around section of hardened layer 1 of magnetised moulding material. One of said pole tips 4, 5 is quick-detachable component.
EFFECT: eliminating magnetised particle floccules on surface layer nearby extreme pole tip, uniform yield of rod working layer.
