SUBSTANCE: in procedure for decreasing negative turbulent viscosity in lengthwise uniform turbulent flows of liquid or gas near plain walls of pipeline or channel pulse vibrations are superposed on walls of pipeline or channel. Pulse vibrations are directed along normal to surface of flow contact with walls of the pipeline or channel. Also, vibrations are superposed from the condition of increased one-point static moment where u_x, u_z are lengthwise and cross components of pulsation rate.

EFFECT: reduced losses caused by friction.
