SUBSTANCE: window system comprises a window unit with a power supply facility, connected to an outer source of power supply, a window sash frame, which is installed in a window rigidly or with the possibility of extension, with a power supply facility connected to the power supply facility of the window; and a window glass installed into the window sash frame and having a heat release facility installed onto its surface. The heat release facility is arranged in the form of a transparent heat-release film installed onto a window glass surface of the window sash frame inside a room.
EFFECT: prevention of water leakage into a room by prevention of dew condensation.
