FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a curtain consisting of at least one transparent bearing film base and a light-reflecting and/or heat-reflecting, light-absorbing, heat-absorbing layer applied on it at one side, and an element of curtain fixation. The curtain is made in compliance with the size of the protected surface contour. Additionally on the second surface of the transparent bearing film base there is a light-reflecting and/or heat-reflecting, light-absorbing, heat-absorbing layer arranged. The transparent bearing film base is made from a transparent amorphous flexible non-collapsible polyethylene telephthalate. The total thickness of layers in the curtain hcurt corresponds to the following condition: 0.15 mm<hcurt<1.0 mm. Elements of curtain fixation, at least two with a distance between them that does not exceed 500 mm are made as capable of fixation with the glass surface in the area of through cut in the curtain and with the possibility to press the curtain to the glass along the edge of the perimetre of the through cut in the curtain. The area of fixation with the fixation element glass surface in the area of through cut in the curtain and curtain thickness meet the following ratio: Sfe>100h2 curt, where Sfe - fixation area of the fixation element with the glass surface, mm2, hcurt - curtain thickness, mm.
EFFECT: comfortable heat mode and illumination.
