FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to seals of turbine flow channel clearances used in long-term operation at increased temperatures and high-frequency vibrations. Proposed element is made of powder filler particles fritted together to make seal base and powder additives. Note here that filler material represents the alloy of the following composition in wt %: Cr - 10.0-18.0, Mo - 0.8-3.7, Fe or Ti or Cu or brass or bronze or combination thereof making the rest and having the following composition: Cr - 18-34; Al - 3-16; Y - 0.2-0.7, Ni making the rest, or from alloy of the following composition: Cr - 18-34; Al - 3-16; Y - 0.2-0.7; Co - 16-30; Ni making the rest with powder particle sizes varying from 15 mcm to 180 mcm. Note also that powder additive represents hexagonal boron nitride with powder particle size of less than 1 mcm in amount of 1.0-1.5% of total amount of seal material and calcium fluoride with particle size of 1 to 25 mcm in amount of 6.0-8.0% of total amount of seal material.
EFFECT: high conformability, strength and wear resistance.
