FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compensating rod for casting system and casting system incorporating compensating rod. Retaining structure (116, 116a, 116b) configured to interact with slide 112 to receive insert 114 of split mould jointed with slider 112. Retaining structure (116, 116a, 116b) comprises housing (902, 1002) that make shaping unloading element (904, 1004, 1004a) that serves to provide for compliance of housing (902,1002). Retaining structure (116, 116a, 116b) comprises appliance 906 to be jointed to plate 104 for shaping cavity. Unloading element 904 has groove made on at least one section of housing 902. Cavity shaping plate 104 comprises at least one insert 106 used in moulding system and including at least one slide 112 accommodating at least one insert 114 of split mould. Insert comprises retaining structure (116, 116a, 116b) to interact with slide 112 to center it and lock in operation. Said structure comprises housing (902, 1002) equipped with unloading element (904, 1004, 1004a) designed to provide to compliance of housing (902,1002). Casing system comprises split mould 100 that comprises cavity-shaping plate cavity.
EFFECT: reduced premature wear.
