SUBSTANCE: described is a method of producing a titanium-magnesium nanocatalyst through reaction of magnesium with titanium tetrachloride in the presence of n-butyl chloride. Content of butyl chloride is equal to 6.0-8.7 ml per 1 g or magnesium. Volume ratio of titanium tetrachloride to n-butyl chloride is equal to 1:(47-67).
EFFECT: high catalyst activity.
