SUBSTANCE: invention refers to paraffin hydrocracking method which consists in passage of olefin-containing paraffin obtained by Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, in presence of hydrogen and in the specified sequence through the first layer of catalyst, which contains catalyst which is considerably devoid of acid functionality, which includes carrier and metal of group VIII, which is applied to the above carrier, and applied amount of this metal is equal to 0.005-0.010 wt %, relative to the above carrier, and the second layer of catalyst, which contains catalyst having activity to hydrocracking and including metal of group VIII, which is applied to the carrier containing solid acid. Invention also refers to the method for obtaining fuel base component.
EFFECT: possibility of maintaining high selectivity of middle distillate and obtaining middle distillate at sufficient output.
