FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fish industry. The device includes an executive element fixed on a handle; fitted with a safety component and connected to an electric drive. The executive element is designed in the form of a flexible closed tape fitted with spikes and slipped on two rolls mounted so that to enable rotation. The electric drive is connected to the executive element and equipped with an electronic rotation speed controller. The element for the electric drive on/off switching and rotation speed regulation is mounted on the handle.
EFFECT: invention allows to accelerate the process of scaling fish.
