FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cardiosurgery. In-wall supporting frame (1) for integration into heart valve bioprosthesis (10) has comissures (13) and cusps (11a, b, c), determining valve plane. Cusps are attached to external tubular wall (12) and branch from it in lateral direction along comissures (13). Frame consists of base (3) and stabilising part (2), installed on base and containing, at least, two in-wall rods (2a, 2b), installed on base (3) with possibility of travel aside along circumference arch relative point of intersection of line on which external tubular wall (12) intersects with comissures (13), with valve plane (10). Described is bioprosthesis of heart valve, which contains in-wall supporting frame.
EFFECT: ensuring bioprosthesis rigidity.
