FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Bioprosthesis of mitral valve includes mesh support frame, folding device, lining and cuff. Support frame is formed by plenum, central, outlet zones. Cells of central zone are interfaced with cells of inlet and outlet zones. Lead-out area of the support frame is formed by three outwardly bent to the side of the influx zone by fixing cells for fastening the folds of the previously implanted prosthesis. Fixation cells include a loop-like segment for fixation in the delivery system. Inflow zone of support frame has curved surface. Half of the cells form angle of 90° relative to the central axis of the bioprothesis, and the rest are deflected with a smooth transition to the top of the central cell, which forms angle of 40° relative to the central axis of the bioprosthesis and is located between posts of the central zone. At least two cells of the influx zone include a loop-like segment for fixation in the delivery system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in transcatheter replacement of the mitral valve of the heart and reduced traumatism.
