SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and is intended for treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma. Performed are extraction of crystalline lens and implantation of intraocular lens (IOL) of such optic power which ensures achievement of post-operation clinical refraction 0.25-2.0 dioptres lower than estimated.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve stable hypotensive effect due to improvement of intraocular fluid outflow by stimulation of accommodation.
