For combined antiglaucomatous operation with lens extraction in 3.0 mm from limb with knife in width of 2.2 mm through conjunctiva in anterior-posterior direction, an intrascleral tunnel is formed in surface layers of sclera with outlet of knife into anterior chamber through its angle. Aspiration-irrigation system is used to polish the posterior capsule of the crystalline lens.
