FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: system consists of device for implementation of procedure for moulding with transfer of resin. Also, the system consists of a pump and of a container for storage. The pump is connected with an outlet connecter of a resin catcher, while the storage container is connected to an inlet connecter of a cavity. The moulding procedure with resin transfer consists in introduction of a component into the cavity of the said system. Further, resin is supplied into the cavity and there is created excess pressure in the resin catcher and connection with the cavity by means of a transition zone containing a dividing element. The device consists of a mould, of a mould cover, of the cavity, of the resin catcher, of the transition zone and of a pressurisation unit. The cavity is designed for introduction of a component into it; the catcher is built into the device. The transition zone is designed to facilitate connection between the cavity and the resin catcher; it is equipped with the dividing element. The pressurisation unit generates excess pressure in the resin catcher built into the device and is communicated with the cavity. The dividing element corresponds to a shut off valve.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of moulding procedure and facilitation of system automation.
