FIELD: composite products.

SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a composite product in form of a permanent connection of reinforcing material with a binder by means of vacuum infusion and is used for producing preforms of parts - prepregs and other products for various lines of industry and in manufacturing vacuum infusion equipment, particularly, vacuum generators and vacuum trap degasifiers. The method consists in using a vacuum ejector connected with a sealed package based on a reinforcing material and a binder container. The package is formed and sealed, the package is vacuumised following the gas-dynamic method using a vacuum ejector, elements for outtake and intake of the binder are used to vacuumise and to supply the binder to the package, the pressure in the package is changed following the gas-dynamic method. The bag infiltrated with the binder is sustained to obtain a composite product. The apparatus is comprised of a container for supplying a binder, a tooling for placing a sealed package thereon based on a reinforcing material, a vacuum trap, a vacuum generator comprised of a vacuum ejector and a compressed gas source connected thereto, a system of elements for intake and outtake of the binder.

EFFECT: technical result is: simplified method of manufacturing a composite product in form of a permanent connection of reinforcing material with a binder by means of vacuum infusion, reduced manufacturing cost of the method, reduced cost of the apparatus for manufacturing a composite product, increased convenience of the manufacturing method with maintained high quality of the manufactured composite product.
