FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of moulding powder from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and graphite, moulding workpieces from the obtained moulding powder with simultaneous thermal treatment and cooling of the moulded workpieces.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain high-quality antifriction articles with high degree of isotropy of properties in a single process cycle with significantly low power and labour input.
