FIELD: composite metal-polymer antifriction materials production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for producing composite metal-polymer antifriction materials using the energy of explosives and can be used in industry for the manufacture of friction pairs. A method is proposed for the manufacture of a three-layer sheet metal-polymer material, in which two sheets pressed by pressure are used for explosive pressing - one from a metal-polymer mixture and the second - polymer, pressed sheets are placed between punches in the form of identical steel plates with a steel layer placed between them, the resulting assembly is pressed by explosion using a sliding shock wave at given parameters, after separating the explosion-compressed metal-polymer and polymer sheets from the punches and the steel layer, a metal mesh of corrosion-resistant steel is placed between them and heat treatment is carried out between the heat sponges of the specified assembly under pressure.
EFFECT: invention provides production of sheet corrosion-resistant, flexible metal-polymer material with increased anti-friction properties and resistance to brittle fracture and reduced water absorption.
