FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves oil extraction through production wells, pumping of working agent through injection wells, analysis of data of gamma-ray logging of wells and recording of radioactivity values of wells. According to invention the gamma-ray logging is performed after drilling in all wells, at final complex of geophysic investigations and in well traced horizons with formations that have increased natural radioactivity values. Vertical inheritance of natural radioactivity is established. Map with radioactivity isolines is built, flow rates and accumulated production volume is controlled in wells in various zones between isolines. Dependence of increased flow rate and accumulated production volume on radioactivity value is established and consistency of conduct of increased radioactivity in open-pit mine of deposit - area of introduction of downhole fluids, whereto additional wells for oil extraction are drilled.
EFFECT: increasing production rate owing to possibility of pointing out the most productive sections inside developed deposit.
