FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: installed into spindle axis 6 with cross piece mounted on it supports seal 11 facilitating pressure tight contact of valve 3 - case 1. Nut 7 eliminates leakage in this pair, which does not require shut down of operating process. Similarly, leakage of seals 5 and 12 is eliminated with corresponding nuts tightening without shut down of working process. Implementation of mutually perpendicular pair - rod 9 with gear and spindle 4 with bar 8 minimises load on a flywheel by selection of its diameter and gear; with consideration of run H of valve 3 it is possible to restrict turn of the flywheel at certain angle at operating the valve. In a closed valve pressure of working medium influences lug of collar of valve 3 creating force which facilitates pressure tight contact of valve 3 with cover 2, thus eliminating usage of additional locking mechanism.
EFFECT: pressure tight contact valve-case without shut down of working process at maintaining advantages of known structures.
