SUBSTANCE: proposed column comprises outer shell with solid carrier arranged there inside. Note here that said solid carrier is pierced by system of parallel pores and channels arranged along outer shell generatrix that features polyhedron section with number of sides not less than three and fixed phase on surface of pores and channels. Said solid carrier and sixed phase represent polymer with parameters selected with the help of fillers, plasticisers and stabilisers to optimise operating performances of column. Polymer parameters are selected using functional radicals and molecular groups chemically related with polymer, fillers, plasticisers and stabilisers to optimise operating performances of column. Besides, section of channels represent circle.
