FIELD: liquid chromatography. SUBSTANCE: chromatographic polycapillary column includes protective jacket, solid monolithic carrier made of substances displaying properties of adhesion to chromatographic materials, system of longitudinal identical capillaries piercing solid monolithic carrier along protective jacket, layer of chromatographic material formed of solid carrier which holding properties are influenced by its physical and chemical characteristics. It has shape of straight monolithic or spiral rod twisted along and transverse to longitudinal axis. Protective jacket of column presents circumference in section, is made of metal or plastic mass and capillaries have diameter under 5 μm. Column is additionally fitted with internal reinforcing partitions including monolithic material and parallel capillaries piercing column, solid monolithic carrier is made of glass, quartz, metal, polymer material. Internal reinforcing partitions inside column form hexagonal or tetragonal shape framing groups of capillaries and are produced from glass, quartz, metal, polymer material. Solid monolithic carrier made of glass does not carry atoms of lead. Quantity of chromatographic material in each channel is proportional to diameter of this capillary to α, power, where α is larger or equal to 1. EFFECT: invention makes it possible to design polycapillary column for liquid variant of chromatography displaying enhanced mechanical strength, operating under increased pressure and having cylindrical symmetry for standard inclusion into chromatographic path. 7 cl, 1 dwg
