FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises seven resistors (R) (1, 6-11), one diode (D) (5), one (first) operational amplifier (OA) (2), oriented at bipolar supply, two OA (3, 4), oriented at unipolar supply, besides: the first contact of R (1) is an input of positive polarity supply of the device; the second contact of R (2) is connected to inputs of positive polarity supply of the first, second and third OA (2, 3, 4), inputs of negative polarity supply of which are grounded; a cathode of D (5) is grounded; an anode of D (5) is connected to an output and to an inverting input of OA (3), and to the first contacts of R (6) and R (10); the second contact of R (8) is grounded, and the first contact is connected to the first contact of R (7) and to the inverting input of OA (2); the second contact of R (9) is grounded, and the first contact is connected to a non-inverting input of OA (2); the non-inverting input of OA (3) is connected to the non-inverting input of OA (4); the output of OA (2) is connected to the output and the inverting input of OA (4), to the second contacts of the second, third and seventh R (6, 7, 11); the first contact of R (11) is connected to the second contact of R (10) and to the device output.
