SUBSTANCE: system reliably provides shared use of load metric data on each subband through a return channel, as well as directly from cell to neighbouring cell. Also, the UE based communication system enables to reduce the volume of UE control information based on directly reading load metric of neighbouring cells. The system thus reliably works with different types of cells (for example synchronous and asynchronous), as well as with UE with different capabilities, while ensuring high efficiency when controlling interference between cells.
EFFECT: high reliability and efficiency through load metric data generated on each subband for the servicing cell, as well as for neighbouring non-servicing cells.
