FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: as an example, accumulation of resource usage messages (RUM) in a sector of a mobile AN may be based at least partially on a metrics of a working characteristic of this sector compared to such on one or several adjacent sectors. At least in one aspect metrics of the working characteristic for multiple sectors of the mobile AN may be aggregated, and intensity of RUM accumulation for each sector is determined on the basis of the aggregated metrics. Intensities of accumulation may be additionally periodically updated, if a sector and/or aggregated metrics of the mobile AN change. Accordingly, accumulation and usage of RUM messages are based on a sector-to-sector fairness, in order to optimise general quality of wireless communication service for a mobile AN.

EFFECT: new solutions for a problem related to control of a noise signal, since new technologies of mobile communication are implemented.
