SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for scaring birds near landing strip of aerodromes and its environs and may be used in areas of high risk for on-board systems of aircrafts. The method includes complex exposure of birds and their nesting sites to electromagnet oscillations in frequency range from decimetre to optical one. Electromagnet oscillations of decimetre range are produced with the help of generator of electromagnet oscillations, which operates in the mode of modulated wideband or noise generation. Exposure to electromagnet oscillations in the optical range is carried out by combination of coherent monochromatic oscillations of laser sources.

EFFECT: invention provides for bird scaring action, which is safe for people.
