FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to urology and can be used in endosurgical treatment of strictures of pyeloureteral segment strictures. For this purpose pyeloureteral segment is cut to visually healthy part of ureter, after which additional oblique-longitudinal cot parallel to the first one is made, with further formation of scar tissue flap in posterior-lateral surface of pyeloureteral segment. After that formed flap is ablated.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of recurrences and prevent reduction of kidney function in patients with recurrent stricture of pyeloureteral segment.
