FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology. Endovideosurgical treatment of strictures of the pyeloureteral segment is performed, including longitudinal dissection of its stenotic part with extension of the incision into healthy tissue by at least 0.5 cm in each direction. Replace the resulting defect of the ureter patch, formed from an autograft mucous cheek. Envelop the site of implantation of the graft with a large omentum. Platelet-rich autoplasma at the rate of 0.5 ml per 1.0 cm of the patch length is inserted into the patch formed from an autograft of the cheek mucosa and into the sutured area of the greater omentum.
EFFECT: method allows to improve the vascularization of transplanted autograft.
