METHOD FOR ELIMINATION OF TWO DIVERSE ORAL DEFECTS IN PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY MULTIPLE SYNCHRONOUS CANCER Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61B17/24 

FIELD: medicine; oncology reconstructive surgery.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to oncology and reconstructive surgery and was designed for oral cavity multiple defects repair with one free autograft for synchronous malignant mucosal tumors. Form small intestinal autograft with the second jejunal artery and vein with the inclusion of small-intestine part after removal of tumors in the oral cavity. Transect and ligate the third jejunal artery and vein. Clipp the vascular pedicle and transect it with ligation of mesenteric vessels stump. Resect the excess of distal, proximal and middle sections of small intestine autograft while maintaining integrity of mesenteric part and two segments of the jejunum. Transfer the autograft to the neck area. Dissect segments of small intestine longitudinally along the antimesenteric edge and perform successive elimination of oral cavity contralateral defects by applying separate interrupted sutures between the edges of oral mucosa defects and fragments of the small intestine autograft. Carry vascular pedicle of the autograft under the lower jaw to the recipient vessels of the neck, form microvascular anastomoses between recipient vessels of the neck and the autograft vessels under optical magnification. Restore the blood flow. Restore the autograft viability and at the same form interintestinal double layer anastomosis according to the end-to-end type. Suture the donor wound.

EFFECT: method allows to simultaneously eliminate two contralateral defects of the oral cavity, which contributes to achievement of functional and cosmetic results.
