FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for treatment of Zudeck's syndrome. For this purpose periarterial cryosympatodestruction of radial artery of upper extremity is carried out. From the second day after periarterial cryosympatodestruction local cryoapplication with liquid nitrogen is performed on back surface of upper extremity from finger tips to shoulder joint by means of rollers from porous titanium nickelide. Course of treatment is 5-10 procedures. Procedure duration is 3-7 min.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure long disease remission is low traumatic, simple in application.
