SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for obtaining biologically active fractions from serum of birds blood, useful in case of series of oncologic diseases and disturbances in organism of people and animals. Claimed method of obtaining biologically active fractions, reducing proliferation of various lines of human tumour cells lies in carrying out electric stimulation of hens' heads in mode 100-120 V and 3-4 A for 3-4 seconds blood is sampled, incubated at 4-8°C for 18-24 h, after that separated blood serum is lyophilised and irradiated in linear electron accelerator (LEA) "Electronika 10-10" in mode 27±5,0 kGy, dissolved in distilled water in concentration 100 mg/ml (fraction 1), fraction 1 solution is centrifuged at 10000 × g for 3 minutes (fraction 2). Pharmaceutical composition (versions) containing fraction 1 or 2, reducing proliferation of lymphoid cells (Jurkat and Raji), cells of epithelial origin (HeLa and MCF-7), neuronal cells (JMR-32), cells of connective tissue (Mg63 and HT1080), mesenchymal cells (HepG2) and acceptable carrier or filler.

EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining novel anti-oncologically active fractions and elaboration of its medication form.
