SUBSTANCE: agent having antiproliferative action, representing a helminth metabolic byproduct - a liquid of bubbles Echinococcus multilocularis, sampled from the infected rats, is presented. The agent having antiproliferative action, representing a helminth metabolic byproduct - a low molecular weight fraction of liquid Echinococcus multilocularis with a molecular weight lower than 10 kDa obtained by ultrafiltration and subsequent centrifugation from a liquid of bubbles E. multilocularis, sampled from the infected rats.
EFFECT: agent is less toxic and has a pronounced antiproliferative and cytostatic action on models of human tumour cells in vitro.
