FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to sorption-bactericidal materials for making membranes for dialysis of liquid media. Disclosed is a sorption-bactericidal material from a nonwoven polymer fibrous material with electrically positive particles of aluminium oxide hydrate attached to its fibres, wherein the base of the nonwoven polymer fibrous material is formed by hollow fibres, aluminium hydrate nanoparticles with size of 30-50 nm are grouped on the inner surface of said fibres in amount of 8–45 wt.% of the weight of the fibres, and the fibres are fixed at the ends using a polyurethane filling. Group of inventions also relates to a method for dialysis of liquid media using said sorption-bactericidal material.
EFFECT: obtained sorption-bactericidal material increases the working surface of the membrane, increases adsorption and permeability of microbiological objects of liquid media, impart bactericidal properties to the membrane, increase the wetting of the working surface of the membrane with the cleaned liquid and increase the hydrophilicity of the hydrophobic fibres.
