FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixers and may be used chemical, petrochemical and automotive industries for mixing different-flow rate fluids. Proposed device comprises pipeline with web, main fluid branch pipe, and smaller-flow rate fluid branch pipe perforated along spiral line over its entire length. Area of perforations equal or exceeds cross section area of smaller-flow rate fluid branch pipe. Pipeline web is made up of bands secured in smaller-flow rate fluid branch pipe. Pipeline is provided with detachable cover. Main fluid branch pipe is arranged in pipeline top section at right angle to pipeline axis of symmetry. Extra perforated branch pipe is arranged inside smaller-flow rate fluid branch pipe and aligned therewith. Perforations of said two branch pipes feature identical diameter. Extra branch pipe top part is rigidly secured in cover while smaller-flow rate fluid branch pipe is arranged to turn around extra branch pipe.
EFFECT: controlled feed of admixed fluid to main fluid flow, higher quality of mixing.
