FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport facilities and is intended mainly for removing ice, garbage and other loose materials. Two box-like guides are arranged on body bottom with through holes made in guide bottom and tops parts connected by crossarm. Top part of every guide accommodates rectangular boss with through hole secured thereon. "П"-shaped arc-like handle is fitted in guides to move therein, bent toward car body. Handle lower part represents two triangular frames with vertices accommodating cylindrical boss with through hole. Each said boss is arranged in its guide to allow interaction of boss bore with guide bottom bores via axle. Second vertices of triangles are jointed together by axle whereon running wheels are fitted. Retainer is arranged at handle center to move therein. Retaining taper-end pin is arranged on every cylindrical part to interact with appropriate bores of bosses fitted on guides to lock body relative to said handle. Two thrusts with inclined surfaces are arranged on body crossarm.
