FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of main case including elongated retort section and section of filtration with filtration chamber in it. The retort section has a chamber of primary treatment, a loading orifice at a front end and an unloading orifice on a back end. The filtration chamber is communicated with the chamber of the primary treatment of the retort section and is located over the retort section at distance from its front end. Inside the chamber of primary treatment there is installed a device for substance transporting. The device has multitude of spaced guiding blades functionally arranged on a coaxial rotating shaft. A combustion chamber envelops the retort section and passes in the direction of lengthwise axis of the retort; it is made in form of a heating jacket. The heating jacket has walls with refractory lining and heating elements in a zone of the retort wall. Heating elements are made as burners spaced along length of the retort section and they are arranged in groups.

EFFECT: high throughput capacity of device due to high heat exchange between walls of retort section and treated substance; utilisation of heat of combustion gases for preliminary treatment of substance and for jacket heating; reduced contamination with sulphur.
