FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention discloses an integrated system and method for environmentally friendly recovery and regeneration of rubber wastes. System includes a feeding plasticising device, a reactor for recovery of rubber wastes with grinding disks, a cyclone separator, a device for cooling, mixing and filtration, as well as a device for pelletizing and packing. Said method can allow continuous and clean regeneration of rubber wastes by plasticisation on conveyor at first step, destruction of sulphur bridges in reactor for recovery of rubber wastes with grinding disks at the second stage, cooling, mixing and filtration at the third stage, as well as granulation and packing without any chemical additives at the fourth stage. Present invention allows to realize continuous and pure production from supply of rubber wastes particles up to packing and storage of end product of regenerated rubber within the whole process, at that, the equipment is simple in its design, is located downwards and occupies a small area on the floor, and it is also possible to implement joint control of the PLC control system.

EFFECT: entire production system is completely closed, energy-saving and environmentally safe; during the manufacturing process no chemical additives are added, therefore the obtained product is environmentally safe, which provides a wide perspective for industrial use in the future.
