FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: locking device comprises a section of a rope, one end of which is previously non-detachably fixed in the body, and the second, free one, when locked, is pulled via a through hole of the body and is fixed in it by means of at least one spring-loaded fixing element. The spring-loaded fixing element interacts with the side surface of the rope section and is installed in the dead hole, which fully crosses the through hole at the side of its inlet hole at the angle of less than 14°. Longitudinal axes of the rope section, which is non-detachably fixed in the body, and a through hole in the body, designed to pull the second free end of the rope section, lie in the same plane and are parallel to each other. The axis of the dead hole lies in the parallel plane and does not cross with the axis of the through hole. The entrance into the through hole is equipped with a protection device.

EFFECT: increased reliability of locking devices and their resistance to a criminal action, combined with simplicity of design, manufacturability and low cost of production.
